From Friday 3 to Sunday 5 October more than 1,700 children and young people aged between 4 to 18 years old went on “The Journey of a Lifetime” at 3Generate, the Methodist Children and Youth Assembly held at the NEC, Birmingham.

Digital landline switchover and telecare
You may have heard that traditional analogue telephone lines are being phased out in favour of digital ones by the end of this year (see the link below).
A national campaign is urging users of telecare devices to get in touch with their communications provider (in other words, the company who sends the phone bill). This is to let them know that they use a wrist / pendant device, or similar health / fall alarm.
