Albury Produce Show and Fair

Saturday 18 July

The Albury Produce Show is a traditional village produce show, located on the beautiful Albury Heath. It attracts a wide range of visitors, primarily from within the Surrey Hills. Attendance is around 1,500 people and the show is open to the public from 2.00pm – 5.00pm. There is a main marquee which displays all the show class entries, e.g. vegetables, fruit, flower arranging, photography, children’s projects and handicrafts. Outside there are a range of side shows, stalls and attractions.

Outside there will be music, Punch and Judy, Morris dancing, terrier racing, teas, BBQ, ice creams, beer, Pimms, tombola, children's corner, book stall, produce stall and more.

The Great Barn of Wanborough, Westwood Lane, GU3 2JR

The Great Barn of Wanborough is the oldest and most important wooden building in Surrey, Sussex and Hampshire, built 630 years ago by the Cistercian monks of Waverley Abbey. It is run by a group of local volunteers.

Every year during the Spring and Summer months there are open days and activities. When the Barn is open to the public there is an exhibition in the Barn, describing its history, and local volunteers are present who can provide guided tours. Dogs are welcome.

Teas and cakes available on Open Days.

Admission is free.

Some settings also benefit from additional services such as free meals and activities.
