The Digital Transformation Programme
The Methodist Church recognises that the amount of paperwork, compliance, reporting, training tracking, safeguarding records and governance documentation that sits on the shoulders of local churches has grown steadily, and the tools we have to manage it haven't kept up.
So, tell us about digital and the Methodist Church. What's working, what's frustrating, what worries you, what you hope for.
Whoever you are, whatever your role: minister, steward, administrator, regular worshipper, volunteer helping out, family member of someone in the church – we'd genuinely like to hear from you.
At the end of every month, we publish a short "Here's what we heard" post that names the themes that emerged, what we've done already and what we're looking at doing going forward.
Digital Transformation Programme – Have Your Say – The Methodist Church
Surrey County Council invites you to share your views to help better understand how residents use bus services.
Hearing directly from people who use buses, as well as those who don’t, helps to understand what’s working well and where improvements are needed. This feedback plays a vital role in shaping how the Council works with bus operators and where future investment is focused.
Please take a few minutes to share your views by completing the survey here: Have your say on Surrey buses
Surrey County Council Tree and Hedgerow Planting
Surrey County Council has planted over 832,000 trees as part of the Council’s 1.2 million tree strategy one for every resident in Surrey!
Since 2020 charities and community groups, schools and churches have been helping to plant hedgerows, single trees, copses and community orchards on their land.
If you are interested in planting, the Tree Planting and Establishment Team can offer a site visit and consultation to assess viability of tree planting. No project is too big or too small so do get in touch if you would like further information.
You can either fill in this link or email the team at trees@surreycc.gov.uk if you have any questions.
