For many years, the Women's Fellowship have supported the Phyllis Tuckwell and Shooting Star Hospices. They have invited speakers from both organisations to come to their meetings to speak about the vital work that they do. They have held coffee mornings to raise funds for both hospices.

Every year, the donations to the Women's Fellowship Carol Service in December is donated to work of the Hospices.

Hospices are vital organisations which Society can not do without. They provide care and support for people with advanced and terminal illnesses and their families. They also get very little financial support from the Government so rely on donations from the local community and supporters. It costs a considerable amount to run the facilities which they provide.
